Everything was great, location, cleanliness, service!!! We just didn't like the breakfast, which is served at Simona (a café nearby). We waited for over 1 hour for service, and the breakfast was not very good. It's better to eat elsewhere.Other than that, go to El Misti without fear. It's close to the subway, right in the center, and easy to find. Very close to Calle Florida and other tourist spots. The staff is super welcoming, and the rooms are impeccably clean.

The location is great. Very central, close to the train station and bus lines. Surrounded by restaurants, there's a Carrefour Express and Dia% nearby as well. Two pubs next door, and it's close to R Florida and Galeria Pacífico. The people who work there are extremely friendly and available to help. The hotel is extremely clean, simple, and comfortable. The room was recently renovated, with new bed linens and towels. The TV has plenty of channels, Netflix, Amazon, and there's air conditioning. It doesn't offer many luxuries, but for us who left every day at 9 in the morning and returned at 7 in the evening, it was perfect. I highly recommend it, and congratulations to the entire hotel team.

Our experience was very good! The room was very clean, and the shower was very hot. The staff were all very welcoming with great tips (especially Federico), and the breakfast was delicious! And the location is perfect, we could do a lot on foot. I would definitely stay there again 🙂 Thank you to everyone.

Hotel with an excellent location, close to several bus lines and the subway, right next to an establishment that accepts mobility cards and offers various amenities. The service from the reception staff is amazing, very polite and helpful. The room is clean, cozy, with hot water, and a smart TV with many entertainment options. Breakfast is just two blocks away in an inviting, beautiful place with excellent quality. I highly recommend it and would stay there again.

I stayed at El Misti with a friend in November 2023. Excellent value for money! The room was renovated, and the bed and pillows were excellent!!! Large bathroom! Excellent shower! We had an issue with the elevator for about 3 days, but it didn't really bother our trip. For those who like a hotel breakfast, I don't think this is an option. Breakfast is served in a nearby cafe, it's not bad, but you don't have options. The food is practically the same every day. The location is great! Close to everything, we did almost everything on foot. The reception staff are very attentive and friendly. For a low-cost trip, it's worth staying at El Misti.

Excellent location and customer service. I stayed for 3 nights with my mother and daughter, and they were extremely friendly. The hotel is close to the best tourist attractions. Comfortable bed and delicious breakfast.

The location, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness of the place are great! Best location! The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast! The place where it's served is good, but it's limited. It would be nice if you could have more of a buffet-style option. I would definitely return.

Excellent hotel! Beautiful rooms, and the staff's treatment is exceptional. They guide you in what you need (and more). The hotel's location is perfect!
